Process

Since 1998, we have been dedicated to the education sector, driven by our passion for creating impactful learning environments. Our approach involves collaboration that goes beyond standard catalog shopping. We actively involve faculty members to shape the vision, which we bring to life with photo-realistic renderings. Every concept is realized with furniture designed to enhance objectives of the learning space.

When collaborating with a customer, EFS implements its Design to Deliver program to manage the project thoroughly. One of our creative designers crafts the initial design to showcase the space's potential. We then produce full-color renderings to capture the desired look and feel accurately. Fabrics and finishes are chosen collaboratively with the client.

Discovery: This is the phase where we explore your users' needs and preferences.

We start with an initial consultation to define the scope of work, user requirements, and budget.
A site visit follows to measure and document existing conditions, along with conducting interviews.
We then review the floor plan and develop the programming.
Finally, we gather feedback and secure client approval on the program document.
